Toasted Bread Crust Sticks

Bread crusts from 3 slices of low carb bread (using math, that’s 12 crust-lengths)
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Makes 1 serving

Take the bread crusts as is and place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, and bake at 350°F/177°C for 20 minutes (or longer, if you want them extra crisp).

On a separate plate, pour some olive oil and the vinegar, to be used for dipping the bread sticks into.
