Just a couple things, quinoa I tend to cook just like rice, only in chicken or veggie broth. The broth you received from us is from the local, sustainably raised chicken, night and day difference to what you can buy in the store.

Otherwise the only other thing you’ll need to cook yourselves a bit more is the cabbage roll casserole, add a tiny bit more water, like a quarter cup and cook it/warm it up for another 30 minutes or until the rice is soft.
