At last!

We experienced a glimmer of hope yesterday. We have not hid that it has been hard to put this program together, to work with community, and to combat what it is that is going on with our food system.

But yesterday we found the silver lining. We see the light and we felt the hope.

That’s what it’s all about.

If you are new to the program please let us know if you have any questions.

And if you are vegetarian and waiting for the vegetarian food program, all I have to say is we are almost there… May 28th is looking real good!

Pancakes: Mix wet with dry, (wet=1–2 eggs, 3/4 cup of milk, or more depending on consistency, 3 tablespoons of melted butter or oil). Mix gently, then pour into skillet for deliciously, locally grown organic spelt flour pancakes!

Lasagna: Cook in oven for 45min to an hour at 375.

Peanut sauce: Warm/cook in pan, mix well.

Extra Peanut Sauce: You’re welcome lol.
