All meals with meat need to be reheated to an internal temperature 0f 165 degrees.
Breakfast
Banana Berry Loaf — bananas, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, berries, vanilla, salt, eggs, oil
Fruit Granola — oats, honey or maple syrup, sugar oil, nuts, seeds salt, dried fruit, coconut
Granola should be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.
Eat with yoghurt or fruit or on its own!!! Ymmm
Savoury Quinoa Breakfast — quinoa, garlic, onion, olive oil, fennel seed oregano, ground pork, black pepper, sea salt, spinach, tomatoes
Oatmeal — Overnight Oats — In a mason jar mix 1 cup oats to 2 cups milk. Place in fridge overnight. In the morning add your favourite fruit, honey, maple syrup, seeds, nuts. (Your choice). These oats can be eaten cold or heated.
Pancakes — spelt flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, sugar
Instructions: Mix ingredients. Cook on a greased hot pan.
Egg Salad Prep — eggs, celery, onion, dill, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, mayonnaise
Toast — Anyway you like it!
Lunch
Tomato Soup — diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, minced garlic, yellow onions, olive oil, onion powder, sea salt black pepper, basil, cream
Dahl Soup — falafel mix, humus mix, vegetable stock, yellow onions, oil, carrots, curry, coconut milk
Couscous Taboleh — couscous, sea salt, olive oil, lemon juice, tomato, cucumber, green onions, carrots, parsley
Gumbo Soup — tomatoes, mixed vegetables, okra, green beans, peas, oil, flour, onion, parsley, celery, green pepper, red pepper, garlic, salt, Cajun seasoning, bay leaves, thyme/oregano, red wine vinegar
Red Lentil Spread — red lentils, vegetable stock, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Veggie Pie — asparagus, Parmesan cheese, lard and/or butter, milk, roasted peppers, onion, basil, black olives, artichoke heart, zucchini, olive oil, Flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, garlic
Split Pea Soup — ham hock, yellow split peas, stock or water, celery, carrots, onion, Bay leaves,Thyme, Dill weed, salt and pepper, butter, olive oil
Dinner
Couscous Tagine — couscous, mixed sweet peppers, fennel, diced tomatoes, ginger, olives, red onion, cooking onion, garlic, carrots, sweet potatoes, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, allspice, cumin, cloves, cardamon, oil
Reheat about 10–20 minutes in oven covered @ 350 degrees and serve warm.
Roasted Pork and Cabbage — pork roast, onion, cabbage, carrots, bay leaves, fennel seed, dill, sauerkraut, water
Reheat in 350 Degree oven with 1/4 cup water and serve over noodles, rice or potatoes
Beef Barley Stew — stew beef, potatoes, onion, barley frozen peas, olive oil, stock, vinegar, thyme, oregano, garlic, mushroom, celery, carrots, rutabagas, Worcestershire sauce, flour basil, bay leaves, salt and pepper
When reheating add 1/4 cup water
Sweet and Sour Pork Meatballs — ground pork, salt and pepper, garlic powder, parsley, basil, ginger, Worcestershire Sauce, cloves, eggs, bread crumbs, quick oats, coconut oil
Sauce — pineapple juice, white vinegar, brown sugar, water, soy sauce, cornstarch.
Heat and serve over rice
Goulash — ground beef, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, dice tomatoes, Italian seasoning, water, Soy Sauce, sea Salt, paprika, black pepper, elbow Macaroni
Heat and serve
Veggie Chili — diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, white beans, red beans, onions, mushroom, tomato paste, water, Chile powder, cumin garlic powder, oregano, frozen peas, frozen corn
Beef Tomato Sauce — group beef tomatoes, onions, red Wine, Red Wine Vinegar, water, basil, oregano, garlic, butter
Instructions: Cook up your favourite pasta, heat sauce and mix.
