Become a Writer for Low Glycemic Living

Low Glycemic Living is an online magazine by Well + Easy. Well + Easy was founded in 2011 by nutrition expert, Jen Polk, and serves as an online wellness center to help women 30+ transition to a low glycemic diet for health and weight management.

We’re here to take the guess work and complexity out of the glycemic index and make this transition much easier for individuals and their families.

When you contribute content to Low Glycemic Living, you will be featured in front of thousands of women apart of the Well + Easy community newsletter.
