And the lineup keeps on growing! Jeff McDonald, Former Vice President of NEM Foundation and Chief Technology Officer of LuxTag, is joining us at the Beach Blockchain Conference in Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu on May 10–11.

Jeff started getting actively involved in blockchain in 2017, but he has already made a sizable impact at NEM in such a short time. As a leader in NEM, one of the biggest cryptocurrencies in the world, he oversaw the foundation’s operations and community, and managed everything from digital wallets across every major operating system to the foundation’s social media accounts. He recently stepped down as Vice President of NEM but continues to be one of the foundation’s key advisors.

He also leads backend development and other technological aspects of blockchain-based digital authenticity application LuxTag as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. He achieved all this after a decade-long career in the academia for schools and universities in the U.S. and South Korea.
