This post is available in Vietnamese.

💥Lozi knows that when looking for a job opportunity, you’re always interested in getting to know who you will work with. We believe an in-depth sharing of your colleagues at work will further help facilitate your decision to join our journey.

In this post, we’ll take you through our Lo-supply sales department, whose team plays a pivotal role in the development journey of Loship. Lo-supply focuses on providing raw materials and ingredients for F&B merchants with the cheapest wholesale prices. By developing Lo-supply, we aspire to leverage technology to make SMEs feel less burdened with ingredient sourcing.

1/ Dinh Phuong Linh — Head of Lo-supply

✨Hello Ms. Linh, can you share a bit about Lo-supply’s business model?

There is no such model in Vietnam as Lo-supply. The retail or wholesale business models are divided into two different forms: B2B and B2C. In B2C, there’re already many e-commerce platforms to exploit, while our B2B Lo-supply model is quite unique. This service also has a stable yet high-potential customer base with colossal consumption demand, accumulated from B2C to become a sizeable B2B volume. Thanks to that, the Lo-supply model is more realistic and significantly optimized than other business models in the space.

✨From an objective perspective, does Lo-supply deserve recognition?

A service’s success is made up of many things, the most important of which is the optimal operation, management, and people behind this service. Lo-supply has gone through the initial steps of the service development journey, having built-in the essential elements that contribute to the overall success. I firmly believe that in the next one year, Lo-supply will thrive and dominate the market.

2/ Nguyen Tran Thuy Dung — Lo-supply Sales Admin

🌟Hi Dung, why did you choose Lo-supply?

I’ve chosen to join Loship, specifically Lo-supply, with the hope of taking up new challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities as I know Loship is one of Vietnam’s fast-growing technology startups. And it’s clearly a choice that makes the difference.

🌟What do you enjoy the most when working at Lo-supply?

The challenges, definitely. Lo-supply is an ideal work environment for those who embrace challenges. My mantra in life is that the path to a better you is paved with the challenges you overcome.

3/ Nguyen Trong Hieu — Lo-supply Sales Offline Lead

Hieu Nguyen is no stranger to our top sales leaders lists at Lo-supply, currently leading the Offline Sales team to explore new markets and customers.

✨Which fosters your decision to work in Lo-supply?

I believe in the company’s mission and vision. Although at its nascent stage, Lo-supply is witnessing high-speed growth with a robust development model. This is strongly aligned with my personal and professional development goals.

✨What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy working with young people who are dynamic, enthusiastic, and responsible for the job — especially CEO Hoang Trung, who always creates opportunities for employees to take on new responsibilities outside their job function.

4/ Le Thi Thuy Lien — Lo-supply Sales Online Lead

Thuy Lien is one of the first to accompany the Lo-supply’s establishment and development journey. With a background in Marketing, Lo-supply to Lien is an utterly new crossroads, a worthwhile opportunity to try out different roles, explore different paths, and develop new skills essential to advancing her career.

🎉3 reasons why you chose to stick with Lo-supply from the early stages?

First, Lo-supply is a brilliant business idea created by the CEO; all focused around what the drivers can deliver to customers, including B2B ingredients for the F&B merchants.

Second, I want to experience new roles to accumulate more perspectives on startup life, as well as to see how a nascent service like Lo-supply will thrive from the ground up.

Third, Lo-supply is indeed an opportunity to cultivate oneself, an opportunity not to be missed.

🎉What do you like best about the Lo-supply sales job?

That is, I can directly listen to customers and understand the real needs of them.

5/ Ho Thi Hong Nhi — Lo-supply Sales Online Lead

Joining Lo-supply for less than 3 months, Hong Nhi and her team have achieved the title of “Best Sales Team in October”. Hong Nhi is a typical testament to the Loship culture that always recognizes every employee’s efforts, whether you are a newbie or a longtime employee.

✨In your opinion, what are the 3 most important criteria to make a great salesperson?

Hardworking, Enthusiasm, and Integrity. A successful salesperson must always work hard and, more importantly, not lose enthusiasm. Integrity in sales is also vital. I’m afraid of losing credibility with customers, so every promise I make to customers, I have to deliver it no matter what — there’s no other way around.

✨What opportunities does Lo-supply bring to your personal and career development?

The work environment is young and dynamic. Everyone is free to express their personal opinion and recognized for their contributions. Here, I can be exposed to new job characteristics, work with young talented people, and gain more management experience.

6/ Nguyen Thi Thien Lan — Lo-supply Sales Online

Thien Lan is probably one of the most exceptional employees in Lo-supply. Lan stood out for her outstanding sales performance, who was honored to win Loship’s Best Salesperson title for 2 consecutive months, and was the first to climb to the Sales Supervisor position in less than 4 months!

🎉How do you feel about becoming a supervisor at a very young age and in such a short time?

It was an unexpected yet indescribable feeling — the feeling of recognition. It’s just like what CEO Nguyen Hoang Trung often shares with us at Open Talks or weekly meetings: “As long as you try, none of your efforts will go waste, and you’ll be able to create greater value.”

🎉From an objective perspective, does Lo-supply deserve recognition?

I think Lo-supply is an excellent idea, a very strategic move that even other big companies haven’t considered. We are pioneers who pave the way, and we deserve recognition.

7/ Nguyen Hoang Trung — Loship CEO

The last character in this series is none other than Loship CEO Nguyen Hoang Trung. đź’–

“A strategy is not a strategy without a mind that steadfastly pursues it.”

For the CEO, sales is a beautiful profession. Sales isn’t just a job, it’s an art — the art of convincing customers, the art of overcoming barriers, the art of dealing with rejection, and the art of self-development.

“There is nothing more rewarding than the feeling of helping someone. At Loship, that’s exactly what our Lo-supply salespeople do: we listen to customers’ problems and help them out with the best solutions. It’s the most ordinary things like foam boxes, chopsticks, plastic bottles that make a difference and are essential to F&B merchants’ daily operations.

We convince them to change their behavior from traditional shopping to online purchases. Technology will be just a fantasy if we don’t have direct sales to persuade customers. This is exactly what each of us should be proud of, for the true values we’re bringing.” — shared CEO Nguyen Hoang Trung.

💖We hope through this series, you’ll have a clearer view of the people behind Lo-supply, what we’re doing, as well as the visions and ambitions we’re pursuing.

The Loship environment fosters creativity. Loship people welcome those who dare to accept challenges to pursue their passion. Are you ready to join us?đź’Ż
