That’s why we’ve entered into an agreement with IEX to take our listing standards live as quickly as possible. While the LTSE continues to move through the process of registering with the SEC as an independent securities exchange, we are delighted to work with IEX now to create LTSE Listings on IEX: the LTSE’s unique, long-term focused listing standards powered by IEX’s platform. IEX was designed to serve companies and investors by leveling the playing field through technology, a mission aligned with the LTSE’s. The company shares our values of transparency, fairness and innovation.
As soon as the LTSE’s listing standards are approved and integrated into IEX, we’ll be up and running. I can’t think of a better time for a new beginning than a new year.
