Long-Term Stock Exchange, Inc. (“Exchange”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LTSE Group, Inc., today announced its board of directors.

The board oversees the Exchange’s self-regulatory functions and business objectives. It comprises directors with a wealth of experience in building and running companies, law and regulation, governance, finance, and policy.

Members of the board are listed below in alphabetical order by first name. Biographical information for each director follows.

Amy Hong, Head of Market Structure Strategy, Global Markets Division, Goldman Sachs

Amy is head of Market Structure Strategy for the Global Markets Division, where she is responsible for cross-asset strategic business development efforts for the division. She is a member of the Clearinghouse Risk Council and the Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC Fixed Income Best Execution Subcommittee.

Amy leads the Global Markets Division’s Women in Trading program and was previously co-head of the Global Markets Division’s Women’s Network. Amy serves on the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Global Markets Advisory Committee, the boards of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) and ICE Clear Credit on behalf of Goldman Sachs.

David Berger, Partner, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati

David Berger is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he specializes in corporate governance and M&A litigation as well as rapid response shareholder activism and corporate governance risk oversight.

He is a senior fellow at NYU’s Center for Corporate Governance and Finance, and is a visiting professor at NYU Law School. David also has an active pro bono practice and previously served on the board of directors of the California Culinary Academy.

Erica Williams, Partner, Kirkland & Ellis

Erica Williams is a partner in the Government, Regulatory & Investigations Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She focuses on internal investigations and defense of companies and individuals accused by the government of involvement in securities law violations, white collar crime and other major business litigation disputes and crises.

She was previously a special assistant and associate counsel to President Barack Obama. Before that, Erica spent 11 years at the SEC, serving as deputy chief of staff for three chairmen.

Kathleen Hamm, Former Counselor to the Deputy Secretary, U.S. Department of the Treasury

As counselor to the deputy secretary, Kathleen Hamm led domestic and international cybersecurity initiatives, and advised on fintech and financial regulation. She built a global financial consulting practice at Promontory Financial Group and, more recently, served as a full-time board member at the U.S. regulator of public company auditors, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.

Kathleen began her career as a securities attorney, was a senior enforcement official at the SEC, and has held executive and board positions at securities exchanges.

Kathy (Simmons) Sampson, Former Deputy General Counsel, International Securities Exchange

Kathy Sampson was Deputy General Counsel of the International Securities Exchange (ISE), the first all-electronic options exchange in the U.S., for 14 years, where she helped develop market structure, regulatory framework and trading rules.

Prior to joining the ISE, Kathy was an associate attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in New York City. Previously, she worked in the SEC’s Division of Market Regulation in Washington.

Kim Polese, Chairman, CrowdSmart Inc.

Kim Polese is Chairman of CrowdSmart, Inc., a predictive investment platform based in San Francisco. She was co-founder, chairman and CEO of internet software pioneer Marimba, led the launch of Java at Sun Microsystems in 1995, and spent her early career at IntelliCorp, the first artificial intelligence company to go public.

She is the recipient of the numerous awards and recognitions, including Information Week’s “Top Technology Executives,” the National Center for Women and Information Technology Innovator Award, and Time Magazine’s “25 Most Influential Americans.”

Maliz Beams, Former CEO of Voya Financial Retirement Solutions

Maliz Beams’s career spans a wide range of international and domestic leadership roles as CEO, president, partner, and senior managing director in prominent financial services organizations, including Voya (formerly ING U.S.), TIAA-CREF, Zurich Scudder, American Express, and Citibank.

As the counselor for the U.S. Department of State, Maliz served as personal advisor to the Secretary of State on restructuring and improving effectiveness of USAID and The State Department. She’s been listed in “Who’s Who of American Women,” and named one of the nation’s most powerful women in finance.

Michelle Greene, President, Long-Term Stock Exchange, Inc.

Michelle Greene brings legal, policy, and operational expertise to her role at the Exchange. She has been at the Exchange since 2016, leading the regulatory process that resulted in its approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as the development and approval of its long-term listing standards.

Her experience includes serving in senior roles at the New York Stock Exchange and the U.S. Department of the Treasury, as a consultant with McKinsey & Co., Inc. and as a securities lawyer. She teaches at Columbia University and is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School.

Sayena Mostowfi, Global Chief Operating Officer, Electronic Equities, Citigroup

Sayena Mostowfi is the Global COO of Electronic Equities at Citigroup, where she is responsible for global electronic Cash business operations. Before her current role, she was Managing Director, Strategic Planning at Convergex (acquired by Cowen). Sayena has two decades of experience in the securities business, with expertise in trading systems, electronic trading, and market structure.

She was Head of Equities Research at Tabb Group responsible for leading the equities research practice. Prior to Tabb Group, she served in a global strategy and business development role at a large proprietary trading firm in Chicago.

Zoran Perkov, Chair and CEO, Long-Term Stock Exchange, Inc.

Zoran Perkov has been the CEO of the Exchange since its approval in May 2019, and is responsible for day-to-day operations, business development, and technology strategy. Previously, he was Head of Technical Operations at the Investor’s Exchange (IEX) and before that Head of Global Operations at Nasdaq.
