We are excited to announce that Tara Teich has joined LTSE as vice president of engineering for LTSE Software. Tara will report to Tiho Bajic, CEO of LTSE Software.

“Tara brings a wealth of technical knowledge and a community-first approach to software development,” says Tiho Bajic, CEO of LTSE Software “It is inspiring to have a world-class engineer on the team that understands how intersectional diversity drives better products.”

Tara is responsible for overseeing all LTSE engineers and the development of software that enables startups to be smarter about equity, cash and compensation planning and management, as well as other software offerings for company builders.

Tara is a staunch advocate of hiring practices that promote diversity, inclusion and equity. Tara has also been a long-standing voice in the push for the equality of women in STEM, leading global employee resource groups and creating space that advocate for women in the workplace.

“I joined LTSE because of its people first, mission-oriented culture. LTSE wants more businesses to be successful, and we help them get there by building our software in a sustainable way. The company is already focused on bringing in people from different backgrounds, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue that journey and make even more room for people that have been overlooked. At LTSE, we are building a team that recognizes many different paths to success,” says Tara Teich, VP of engineering for LTSE Software

Tara joins LTSE from Stripe, where she led a team of engineers responsible for building fullstack tools that enabled the company’s global risk management team to identify and prevent malicious activity in the financial ecosystem. She also supported the iOS and Android teams in their development of both SDKs and applications. Prior to Stripe, Tara was employed by Apple, Inc., where she spent five years working on iOS performance, learning how attention to detail creates products that delight customers. Tara began her career building artificial intelligence for video games, notably at LucasArts and Double Fine Productions.
