Last month we launched our first Highlights feature, this is where we select some gems from the UX, design and tech industry. If you missed it you can catch up here.

This month our featured post is on design artefact and how to make the most of them. This post is by Lisa O’Brien, a speaker in our last event A Practical Take on Service Design.

In the last event, Lisa made a great point that we should “be a leader no matter what level”. Inspired by this we’ve found some great reads from around the web on how to be a better leader and how to give better feedback as well as the unionisation of women in tech. We’ve also got your back on getting to grips with colour theory as designers and making the most of information architecture.

A summer in London wouldn’t be complete without a look around South Kensington, and this summer the V&A have a treat with an exhibition on robots. To continue with the summer feel we’ve featured an introduction on the bright and vibrant 80’s aesthetics.
