This month we were back with our annual leadership panel; Amy Shore, a senior UX consultant at Foolproof, chaired the discussion with the three influential leaders (Tarnjit Tiyur, Samantha Kingston and Christine Hoover Lanoy)

Our panelists have come from different backgrounds, experiences, education, and jobs. Amy asked them about the mistakes they have made along the way and how it has made them better leaders. They also discussed how to overcome past and current challenges to become better leaders.

To end the main discussion with the panelists Amy asked them what advice they would give to their younger selves and the responses were pertinent. They reminded the audience that personal development is just as important as professional development.
