Lucid dreaming as the resolution of reality conflict.

Lucid dreaming, what you’ve heard about it? Have you ever been there when you were offended by someone and then you dream about your offender? What if the offense was serious and that brings you down?

Our mind is a powerful tool, it’s the most important tool of as sensual, as mental perception and experience.

Everyone has the right to correct his faults or find the justice in the situation — at least in our thoughts.

Dreams allow us to do it very simply.

In dreams, we can easily find the needed situation and overperform it. It can be changed, we can cut in its flow, reveal the details which were unnoticed earlier or rewrite the story. In it a huge sense is hidden for us, as for our feelings and mind it doesn’t really matter at all where the situation occurred if it can bring us relief.

This could take place a long time ago or people you wanted to talk with had already passed away. Lucid dreaming can solve all the above. It is a kind of dream where your desires matter only. This is the place where you can let go yourself and your disputes.

The evolution of consciousness to Dreams — Lucid Dreams.

Once we had plenty room in reality for creativity observation and revealing ourselves as a part of this world. We fell asleep, but our thoughts remained where we were — among the scenarios which were relevant in that particular part of our life, which we can “touch”, “inhale” and hear every day.

Today’s human being is a way more powerful creature, we have the means for joining with any number of similar to ourselves — seeking, starving for information, creating and breathing individuals.

At the very moment when the mind reveals the ability to fly it lets itself be free. The feeling of saturation which was gifted by the levitation in the childhood, the fly that makes us “grow”, became the life-giving force for most of us, which we are looking for the day after day.

If a human is such an integral being, why he has to spend time for sleeping very day?

If being in a dream we keep thinking about the routine stuff that surrounds us in our life why don’t we use this time more efficient? The time gifted us with the fly and a man can fly if he doesn’t forget that he can.

If we want to be integral and explore the depth of the Universe not externally only, our mind has already designed this way — to stay yourself inside yourself.

It sounds ridiculous, but if we stay reminiscence of ourselves in our dreams — reminiscence that causes dreams, it much differs from the experience we have awake. Doesn’t it?

Gradually these dreams will tip the balance of simple dreams because the fact that our perception can be way broader will haunt the non-busy mind. We had books, then the internet, now we have Lucid Dream.

It’s just another stage another step that our mind takes.

What are a Lucid Dreaming and hybrid state of consciousness?

Lucid dreaming is the state of sleep in which primary and secondary states of consciousness coexist. This phenomenon is relatively new to people but not the humans, it’s our natural ability that evolved as we matured. Two third of the planet’s population have lucid dreams, not everyone understands it or can come up with the explanation.

Having dreams became the essential part of our mind and dreams keep up with the world that surrounds us and our more complex mind.

I found myself when I’m awake I never want to lose it when I’m dreaming.

Scientific background.

At the neurophysiological level studies have shown that during a lucid dream, brain activity, called gamma-band activity, has a gamma frequency band of around 40 Hz, and is characteristic of the human wake state and atypical for REM sleep.

A couple of decades before that Steven Laberge proved the existence of such a phenomenon with his experiment of the conscious eye movement from the dream to the academic community.

Mystical, but real component of lucid dreaming:

*Out of body experience.

Pioneers of dreams often turned out to be superstitious. So the myth of out of body experience appeared, the experience which allows to feel that our mind is so linked to the world, that it has to project this world immediately.

In fact, we often live it out when just woke up. At the moment when you just open the eyes if you punch your nose closed and inhale everything may change in a minute. What if you’re still dreaming?

If you’re lying in bed you can appear to be really rising or flying already.

Sometimes happens that your dream world, your mind portrays even “you” sleeping in bed while you’re making volte-faces and flips in the air flying around your room.

In such moments, it’s important to understand that it’s a dream.

The out of body experience is simple and don’t require any special skills. All you need to do is to set up the alarm for earlier, get out of bed and freshen up a little, then go back to sleep again and next time you wake up remember to check if you’re dreaming.

Who knows, maybe today you’ll have a lucid dream.

Group dreams and information exchange.

This world is saturated with itself. Here you can wake up where you fell asleep and don’t recognize that the dream still surrounds you.

Here — in Lucid Space. This world is the edge of our adventure, can be filled with the entirely different environments.

We get our life experience from everywhere, every day more and more sources of information become available — and we’re not talking about websites on the internet, but how we perceive the world with years.

We travel more, we understand more in faces of our beloved ones, we open up ourselves day after day more sharp and clear.

We never doubt the fact that we are surrounded by other personalities, that we’re not alone in this world, that air and space lie between us which separates us from each other.

In a dream, everything is different, the part which we can get a view of is a component of ourselves. There’s no air in the dream, and all we observe is unseparated with the internal “me”.

How to distinguish your consciousness from another in the world of no distances?

What if the dream is like a coil that reels on not all parts of ourselves only, but can interact with another dream?

There’re millions of people in the world and we can’t just say to one of them “hey, I dreamed about you today” because we can never see him. But you can always have an experiment.

We don’t have any documented approval of this, but experienced lucid dreamers often share their dream experiments which are shocking.

My acquaintances once describe to each other the same surrounding, dialogs and actions when woke up.

These are the key facts the dream is based on if we move away from the images of subconscious. Isn’t it fantastic?

In the world where anyone can experience lucid dreaming, the group lucid dreaming can be proved.

Dream map and dream diary.

Lucid dreamers’ created special techniques to remember the dream states better. You’re familiar with one already. It’s keeping a dream diary of what we’ve dreamed about.

Experienced lucid dreamers do it in a different way compared to newbies.

Every note has to answer the following questions:

a) how I become aware of the dream?
b) how many attempts did it take?
c) where did I appear after that?
d) who was with me there?
e) what surrounded me?
f) If I try to escape the surrounding what will be around me?

The last question implies to what if we can appear in the same place twice? The place which is not connected with your home or job or something else what you see every day.

But all cities are “illusions” flashbacks of the real world.

If you can navigate in a dream, no matter if it comes not from the very first try, a dreamer can mark any place on his own map.

Many starts from their house and step by step they fly these areas around, getting each time further on the map.

If they can’t start it with their house this night they rely on their intuition and mark the place where their inner compass points out. When later it emerges on their way again — it is exactly where they marked this place already.

So, we can prove that the dream map is the effective instrument for structuring the dreams and understand them better.

You can try it tonight already, to find your starting point!

The immersive reality of Lucid Dreams and new kind of entertainment.

We can decide what we’ll be dreaming about tonight: is it going to be a robot wars or battle with the aliens.

I woke up from what was a slight chill on my back — the door was opened. I walked in and found myself in a beautiful garden. There couldn’t be any garden behind the door of my house. It had already been closed, and I ran forward, blown with warm breeze…

This is a typical beginning of a conscious sleep.

What unites all the dreams in which we choose how we spend the night?

The transfer. It is present in each of these moments, we are only looking for the new doors.

What will be you next experience like?

Shoot a couple of predators or go on Mars?

You can try as many different experiences as many people in the whole world.

Millions of people around the world choose the dream that they want to see tonight.

Tonight, before going to sleep, try to close your eyes and clearly imagine what you want to find in it.

Try to inhale through the closed nose. Didn’t work out?

Remember this moment.

Next time when you can do it, remember what you wanted to do in this dream.

Your bright picture overlays on that dream, and if you close your eyes for a moment you will experience desired.

It’s very easy.

The door to this world is opened to anyone!

Have pleasant dreams!
