A beautiful combination of the labyrinth, bowli and running watered step well, is an architectural marvel.

Bada Mangal:

A festival dedicated to Lord Hanuman is one of its kind since it is celebrated only in Lucknow. The celebration happens only on first and last Tuesday of Jyestha month, as in Hindu calendar. To attend this festival people from across the country come here to be a part of this festival. About eight lakh people visit this temple every Tuesday.

Rumi Darwaza:

Also known as Turkish gate was built by Nawab Asaf-ud-Daula. It is believed that Rumi Darwaza is similar to the gate in Istanbul known as Bab-Humayun. A beautiful architectural marvel enfolds an interesting story within. It is said when the city was under famine, Nawab decided to build this Darwaza to generate employment for the people. It took two years to build this and is a beautiful symbol of Nawab’s love towards his people.

Janeshwar Mishra Park:

It is considered to be the tenth largest park in Asia, which was built in the memory of Late politician of Samajwadi Party Janeshwar Mishra.it is located in the prime area of Gomti Nagar, this park about two years for its completion. The park is serene and beautiful, it is inspired by the Hyde Park in London.

Lucknow Race Course:

It was built in 1880 during the colonial era, Lucknow racecourse since then has not lost its charm but becoming better every year. Horse racing is one of the popular sports among the elites of Lucknow. It is a plush green covering about 70 acres of the land is situated in Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg in Cantt area.

Kukrail Garden:

It is one of its kind place situated on the outskirts of Lucknow, the main focus of Kukrail garden is the breeding center for the endangered species of the crocodiles. Ghanta Ghar:

Also known as Husainabad Clocktower, it is located in Husainabad, Lucknow. At the height of 221 feet, it is one of the tallest clock towers in India. The clock tower has the feel of Victorian and Gothic style, with a huge pendulum of 14 feet, the clock design is in the shape of a twelve-petaled flower.

Gomti Chakra:

A beautiful white stone with spiral is found only in Gomti river. It is believed to remove evils and provide blessings to the person for prosperity.
