
Two steps forward…
When it comes to changing lifelong movement patterns I am afraid it is two steps forward and one step back for me.
My hand has been in major recovery mode over the last week…and then I spent all of yesterday writing on bits of paper and the day before typing like the wind and suddenly it is a bit sore again.
It’s not as bad as it was but it has moved in the wrong direction.
The good news is I have absolutely identified that there is something I do when I write that is not good for it.
So, now I just have to get really clear what it is and stop doing it.
Easy, right?
Hmmm.
I think it is important to see this as part of my recovery not a barrier to it.
