
Unbroken sleep.

Last night I went to bed around 10:30pm and then didn’t wake up until 6:30am.
That’s the first time in a couple of weeks I haven’t had broken sleep with a short interval of a 3am alertness.
Even better, this morning I went back to sleep till 8:30am.
Sleep is a miracle.
Unbroken sleep can change the world.
