We are launching our No Border Policy, a Luko initiative to engage our company for more Diversity, more Inclusion in the Tech Ecosystem, and free movement of Talents.

Why we have decided to commit?

We are building a big player in a highly competitive environment, where talents worth more than gold.

While our #1 condition of success is having the right skills at a good moment, Europe — and more wisely World — is an incredible pool of talents.

At the same time, talents also tend to expect more flexibility in their working conditions; We more and more hear about « Working from anywhere » as a new eldorado for tech employees — aiming them to code with a sea view — we think this is a cool but very limited answer regarding the needs and opportunities.

At Luko, we have always considered being a global company would be an incredibly unfair advantage not only business-wise but also in terms of Culture for Luko.

And as a B-corp company, we also want to contribute to offering more opportunities for people that would not have the same access to opportunities in their local market.

For all these reasons, we have decided to stand and act for more Diversity within our tech ecosystem and to officially spread that Luko is an inclusive environment for international talents, wherever they are.

In a nutshell: this works with having equal treatment in hiring but also in the access to knowledge or internal evolutions, as well as the opportunity to work from France or abroad (in max +3 hours of timezone from our Paris HQ).
