An Update on Lumerin Token Claims

[UPDATE — April 1, 5 p.m. ET — The majority of token claim issues have been addressed. Thank you again for your patience as we continue to work through the remaining impacts.]
Lumerin’s token claim website launched this week for users that participated in the platform’s Tokensoft Public Sale in December. However, the team recently identified technical issues that impacted the claims process for some users.
What’s the impact?
Certain users were either unable to claim 100% of their unlocked tokens, saw an incorrect vesting balance, or received a message in error indicating that their address was not whitelisted.
Who was impacted?
Addresses that participated multiple times over multiple tranches of the token sale were impacted. A small number of addresses that participated in a single tranche were also affected.
