Oppo F11 Pro to Feature No-Notch Screen and 48MP Pop-Up Camera

Oppo is all set to lure its customers with amazing designs, and its mid-range and premium smartphones are in no mood of compromising with their looks.

On the same lines, Oppo recently unveiled F11 Pro which exhibits a rather sleek design without a notch and a popup selfie camera that provides a flawless uninterrupted screen. Although the phone has a thin chin bezel, this smartphone has a negligible real estate surrounding the screen on its sides and on the top.

Since the phone doesn’t consist of a notch, the screen to body ratio of the phone is 90.9%, providing a full coverage to 6.5 inch and 1080 x 2340 display. The negligibly thin bezel on the top is provided to house a microphone, proximity sensors and a light sensor.

What’s more, all these advanced design changes do not take a toll over the pop-up camera which is designed for extensive use. It is expected that the camera will survive for six years even when the user closes and opens it for up to 100 times a day!

The impressive features of the phone do not stop here. The other interesting features of the handset includes a 4,000mAh battery which is expected to provide a battery lifetime of 15.5 hours on one complete charge, and VOOC flash charging which is the signature technology of Oppo and provides quick charging.

Other Important Details

The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio P70 processor and comes in two variants depending on the memory: 64GB of internal storage and 4GB of RAM or 128 GB of internal storage and 6 GB of RAM. The camera at the back consists of whopping 48 megapixels. The back also houses a fingerprint sensor.

Taking a cue from the criticisms received on its premium smartphones, which made use of an entire shelf while taking backward and forward facing photos. Oppo has now minimized the size of this mechanically moving part.

Even if you are not a big fan of Oppo, F11 Pro is worth a try, especially if you love the smartphones from OnePlus. Not many people know that Oppo is the sister company of OnePlus and shares the same supply chain.

Presently, Oppo F11 Pro is priced at $350 for 64GB/4GB RAM model in Aurora Green or Thunder Black.

As of now, there are no updates on how soon will it release in other areas, but it is likely that the users in the UK and Australia will have to wait for a little longer.
