LunaFi & Lunabets -November Review
We took our first real money wagers on both the sportsbook & casino this month. It has been the most significant milestone in our journey so far! This has very much been a soft launch & thank you to all those community QA testers on Discord for pointing out any issues we find.
What's on the agenda for Lunabets in December?
Although the world cup is underway, we have yet to push traffic to the site through marketing our affiliates. We need to get the below actioned before we are happy to get the word out
- Mobile login via Wallet Connect & Fortmatic
50% of users are on mobile, so we need to ensure It’s a simple process to log in and allow people to create an account with an email/mobile number via Fortmatic. There are currently issues stopping Metamsk mobile from working (although many of you know It’s not an ideal process yet!) More options to come next year; I love the look of Plaid.
2. Depositing via Ethereum or Bitcoin Network from an exchange/wallet
Deposits from your Metamask on Polygon restrict the number of users we can acquire. Getting these options live requires us to keep a float on each chain, but we are confident this is a good use of the treasury wallet as we grow our userbase.
3. Betting in multiple currencies, including LFI
We should have BTC, ETH, USDC & LFI live by Christmas. Once the House Pools are live, we hope to launch one new token a month!
4. Community Chat
Although Discord is the place to be for the OG’s, look out for the community chat on Lunabets. Random prizes will be given out; unlike other websites, we won't have botted conversations.
5. Customer Support & FAQ
We are busy putting the final touches to our Support AI & will have English support 24/7.
6. Affiliate / Referral Dashboard
The best deal in town for players to refer their friends and affiliates to launch full-scale campaigns. The commission is given on turnover, so regardless of how P&L, you are instantly paid.
When will you be able to invest in the house?
We hope to get the house pools live before Christmas, but much more testing needs to be done. So far, the smart contracts are behaving as expected. We must fine-tune how the pools accept large multiple bets and what confidence interval is used. For the moment, the LunaFi treasury is the house, so rest assured your bets will be paid
Once the pools are live, we can be on plenty of currencies or chains.
What to watch out for in 2023
Did someone say Airdrop? We are planning to airdrop $100,000 of LFI to SX Users & a further airdrop to those using the site, so get betting!
