Updating our launch at LunaFi
We saw an overwhelming response to the LunaFi Crash IDO game at the end of last week, and would like to thank the community for your positivity and participation since it was launched.
We’ve heard your feedback, and have decided to postpone our IDO that was due to be 15th April. Here’s why:
IDO Crash Game Extension
To make sure that everyone has the opportunity to participate, we are delaying our launchpad IDOs and extending the LunaFi IDO Crash game.
This will give the team extra time to develop anti-botting measures for our competitions and communities, allowing LunaFi’s launch to be fair and as accessible as possible.
Updates to the LunaFi Crash IDO Game
We have now launched our IDO game on BSC as well as Polygon to maximize exposure. Ethereum will be live by Tuesday next week. The game will also be integrated with MoonPay & Magic Link so anyone can take part in the IDO with just an email address & a debit card.
The auto cash-out feature a lot of you have been asking for will also be live next week giving users a much more interactive experience.
Updated Tokenomics
To ensure the longevity of the LunaFi protocol, we have updated our vesting schedule and tokenomics structure.
As part of this change, the LunaFi team will not have access to any tokens for a year, with vesting over a further two years. Investors and advisors will not have access to any of their tokens for 6 months, and vest over 18 months from that date. We have also removed all cliffs, to help prevent negative price volatility in the future.
We hope that this demonstrates the strength of our backing and our commitment to the success of LunaFi.
The Bigger Picture
This additional time will allow the team and myself to focus on delivering our promises of building an exceptional sports betting platform over the coming months.
LunaFi has already been audited by Hacken. To maximize security and peace of mind for our users and contributors, we will be getting an additional audit too during this time period. In addition, LunaFi intends to release a bug bounty program to incentivize the community to further secure the platform.
It is all too easy to fall short of long term visions with short sighted goals in DeFi. I want to show you our hand. One of commitment, longevity and above all the bigger picture.
We will announce the revised IDO launch date in the coming weeks (it will be before June) and continue to build on meaningful partnerships that will give LunaFi the blast off we have all been waiting for!
