In the last two months, we have seen tremendous growth in our user base, and with that, our team is growing by leaps and bounds as well. In particular, I am very excited to welcome Niki Choo as our Head of Strategy and Operations to Lunchclub! Niki has been passionate about building businesses from a young age and we met her initially as a fellow member of South Park Commons.

For the past three years, Niki was running a startup, Campsyte, as a co-founder and CEO. At the core of her motivation is to build products that are better for human beings. She thinks deeply about what motivates people and how they engage to form meaningful connections, which is exactly the mission of Lunchclub. Niki holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and a Masters in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard.

We are at the point where our key focus is creating value for our users at scale. Niki understands these functions having built businesses with a human centered approach. She has a unique background in coaching, outdoor adventure, finance, and residential development that make her an asset to our team as we think about our business from several different angles. Niki will be leading the efforts that focus on partnerships, user operations, and strategy.

When Niki isn’t at the office you can find her on her bike or skis. She’s about to compete in a 6-day stage mountain bike race in New Zealand. We are proud to have her competitive spirit, drive, and compassion as part of our leadership team as we move onward and upward with Lunchclub.
