How to Check Luniverse NFT on Metamask
The First collection of Luniverse NFT, Luniverse Nauting Friends (LNFs) have been minted! In order to appreciate those of you who started showing interest to Luniverse community from the beginning, we have decided to give away the first collection for free. Although Luniverse community still has far more to achieve, we truly believe that it will be a leading blockchain community. In that sense, the value of Luniverse Nauting Friends lies in the fact that holders are joining the journey with Luniverse rather than for a short-term profit.
Now, let’s find out how to check your NFT on your wallets!
*Note* Unfortunately, Luniverse Mainnet is not public as of April 1, 2022. Therefore, those of you who have NFT dropped cannot find LNF today. We plan to open our Luniverse Main Network on April 8, so you will be able to actually “see” the image of LNF starting then.
However, we understand that you might feel anxious to check your NFT. Then you can go to Luniverse Scan Site and search for your address.
How to Check LNF on your Metamask
We assume that most of you who will receive LNF already have a metamask wallet. And many of you have submitted a metamask address to receive LNF. But for some of you who still do not know how to install metamask, we will begin by explaining how to install metamask. And you should be aware that Luniverse NFT can only be checked on iOS or Android metamask application as of now. Thus, we will explain how to install metamask application.
Installing Metamask on Your Smartphone
- Download Metamask from App Store/Play Store
- Run Metamask on your smartphone.
- Press Start to create a new wallet.
- Read the terms and conditions, and if you agree, press agree and create a wallet.
- Create a password to log in to Metamask
- Secure the recovery seed phrase to protect the wallet.
*** Seed phrase must be secured at a safe place!!! We recommend securing it by an analog method rather than digital methods such as cloud or email since it might be hacked.***
- Confirm the seed phrase by entering it in order
- Your wallet has been created!
You can also import the metamask wallet on your browser extension if you would like.
- Instead of “Create a new wallet,” click “Import using secret recovery phrase” and enter the password for the app.
Or if you do not know the seed phrase,
- Create a wallet as shown in [Installing Metamask on Your Smartphone]
- Log in and click the circle on the main screen, and click “Import Account”
- Log in to your metamask wallet on the browser extension and click the menu bar in the top-right corner. Click “account details” and “export an account private key.”
- Once you see an account private key, copy and paste it on the metamask.
- You have successfully imported your metamask wallet on your phone!
Connecting Luniverse Mainnet with Metamask
When you first install metamask, it is connected to the Ethereum Mainnet. And it is not connected to Luniverse Mainnet. Thus, you need to connect to the Luniverse Mainnet to check your NFT. Let’s see how you can add Luniverse Mainnet on metamask.
- Click the menu bar on the top-left corener on metamask application
- Click network.
- Initially, you will see five networks: Ethereum Main, Ropsten Test, Kovan Test, Rinkeby Test, and Georli Test. Click “Add Network” at the bottom and enter Luniverse Mainnet information.
- Enter network information as follows:
Network name: Luniverse (Or however you would like to put it)
New RPC URL: https://main-rpc.the-balance.io:18545/
Chain ID: 256
Symbol: LUK

그러나 NFT가 보이지 않아 우려되신다면, 루니버스 스캔 사이트에 접속하셔서 메타마스크 주소를 입력하시면 민팅된 것을 확인하실 수 있습니다.
메타마스크에서 LNF 확인하기
아마 LNF에 당첨되신 분들 중 대부분 메타마스크 지갑은 가지고 있을 것이라고 생각합니다. 또 많은 분들이 LNF를 받을 지갑으로 메타마스크 지갑 주소를 제출해주셨겠죠. 이미 메타마스크를 가지고 있는 분들이 대부분일테지만, 혹시라도 메타마스크 설치를 모르시는 분들을 위해 메타마스크 설치부터 알려드릴게요. 참고로, 메타마스크의 경우 루니버스 NFT는 현재 iOS나 안드로이드 앱에서만 확인이 가능합니다. 그래서 앱 설치 과정부터 알려드리려 합니다.
스마트폰에 메타마스크 앱 설치하기
- App Store/Play Store에 접속하여 Metamask를 검색하고 다운로드 받는다.
- 다운로드 받은 메타마스크를 실행한다.
- 시작하기 버튼을 눌러 새 지갑을 생성한다.
- 안내문을 읽고 동의한다면, 동의함을 눌러 지갑을 생성한다.
- 메타마스크에 로그인하기 위한 암호를 생성한다.
- 지갑 보호를 위해 계정 시드 구문을 확인 후 따로 보관한다.
*** 시드 구문은 꼭 따로 저장하여 지갑 보호하기!! 해킹의 위험이 있는 클라우드나 이메일 등 온라인에 저장하기 보다는 아날로그로 적어놓기를 추천 ***
- 계정 시드 구문을 순서대로 입력하여 맞는지 확인하기
- 계정 생성 완료!
혹은 브라우저의 익스텐션으로 사용중인 메타마스크 지갑을 그대로 앱으로 가져올 수 있습니다.
- 처음 다운로드 받았을 때 “계정 시드 구문으로 가져오기”를 클릭하여 익스텐션 지갑의 계정 시드 구문 입력 + 앱에서 로그인 할 암호 입력
혹은 계정 시드 구문을 모른다면,
- 위 [스마트폰에 메타마스크 앱 설치하기] 순서를 따라 설치
- 로그인 후 메인화면 상단의 원을 클릭하여 계정 가져오기 클릭
- 크롬 혹은 파이어폭스 익스텐션 메타마스크에 로그인하여 우측 상단의 메뉴 클릭, 계정 세부 정보 확인 후 비공개 키 내보내기 클릭
- 비공개키가 나오면 복사하여 스마트폰의 메타마스크 앱에서 문자열 붙여넣은 후 가져오기
- 메타마스크 앱에 지갑 복사하기 완료!!
메타마스크에 루니버스 연동하기
메타마스크의 지갑을 처음 설치하시면 기본적으로 이더리움 메인넷에 연결이 되어있습니다. 그리고 루니버스 네트워크는 연결이 되어 있지 않습니다. 그래서 메타마스크에 루니버스 메인넷을 연동해야하는데요, 그 절차를 알려드리겠습니다.
- 메타마스크 앱 화면 좌측 상단의 메뉴버튼을 눌러 설정으로 들어갑니다.
- 설정의 네트워크로 들어갑니다.
- 최초 네트워크는 Ethereum Main, Ropsten Test, Kovan Test, Rinkeby Test, 그리고 Georli Test로 구성되어 있을 것입니다. 하단의 네트워크 추가를 눌러 루니버스 메인넷 정보를 입력해주겠습니다.
