Lunyr Dev Update— Plagiarism Detection, Random Peer Review Selection, Gas Reimbursement Status, and more!
Hello all Lunyrians! The platform is growing rapidly and now has over 2000 articles! In the meanwhile, we‘ve been working hard to address all of your concerns, and continuing to develop Lunyr to achieve the next milestone. Our vision of creating the future of knowledge sharing is only starting to materialize and we intend to keep pushing forward with full force until Lunyr becomes the de facto standard for highly accurate and reliable information.
Plagiarism Detection
We’re proud to announce that we’ve released the first version of automatic plagiarism detection (Plagiarism Detection 1.0.0). After clicking “Publish,” articles now go through our plagiarism detection system and will be rejected if plagiarism is detected. We aim to continue upgrading our plagiarism detection technology over time.
Random Selection of Peer Reviews
Peer Review selection will soon be random. This mechanic is currently live on our private testnet and will be deployed on production when ready.
Gas Reimbursement Status
We have designed a gas reimbursement status system. Users will soon immediately know their reimbursement status and amounts for each transaction.
We also apologize for taking so long with reimbursements. We had to put it on hold while we blacklisted cheaters and reset their CBN to 0 in an effort to maximize the earning potential for all honest users. Now, with the release of the automatic plagiarism detection system, we will continue reimbursing users again.
Lunyr Support Center
The Lunyr Support Center has launched! You can reach the Support Center by clicking on the Support button on the top right corner. It is available 24/7. Chat support will be available during regular business hours once our dedicated full-time support team is up and running.
New Home Page Redesign
The Lunyr Home Page has been redesigned with a better UI and UX. It is now easier to navigate and easier on the eyes.
Finally, there is now a Lunyr feed which displays all the latest events occurring on Lunyr. Writers and Peer Reviewers can now keep track of all the action occurring and join the party!
