To communicate with passive candidates, a brief email explaining how you found them and why you choose to contact them is usually a good place to start.
The truth is that email is very much alive and well and is still a potentially massive engagement tool for companies. It is estimated that over one-third of the worldwide population will be using email by year-end 2019, very much confirming that email will remain one of the elite channels for business communication.
So what can you do to improve your strategy and ensure your emails are getting opened, read, clicked through and replied to?
