OxyContin is the most popular street opioid pill.

Here are my back-of-the-envelope calculations for an ideal one year of treatment:

Intervention, emergency care, transfer to treatment = $2,000
Detox, post-acute stabilization, three months of in-patient treatment = $135,000
3 months of stabilization and detox meds (excluding Suboxone) = $1,000
12 months of Suboxone = $8,400
12 months of psych medication management = $960
12 weeks of IOP = $36,000
12 months of drug testing = $4,800
6 months of sober living = $27,000
6 months of therapy = $4,800

Total = $219,960.

Likelihood of success = ~10%-30%
