Two-factor-authentication (2FA) is an additional security layer to address the vulnerabilities of a standard password-only approach.

With custom payment thresholds and manual payouts, you dictate when you want to get paid. Set your payment threshold to suit your needs, rule over your mining.
How to set up an account with Luxor?
To create an Account with Luxor follow these steps:
- Click on the Login button
- Click on the Don’t have an account? Register button
- Fill in the sign up form. You will be required to provide a username, email and password.
- You’ll receive a verification email. Click on Verify my E-mail Address.

How to secure your account with 2FA?
Start by login into your Luxor Account, then:
- Click on the Setup 2FA Security button under the Settings section.
- Scan the QR Code with your Google Autheticator App. Make sure to backup your secret somewhere safe. If you loose your secret you might loose access to your account.
- Verify the 2FA by entering the Authenticator Key.
We highly recommend enabling 2FA. We’re not responsible for someone else gaining access to your account. #Safu!
How to set custom payment thresholds?
To add a wallet address and set a payment threshold navigate to the Settings section. You should see something like this:
Once your unpaid balance reaches the threshold, you’ll get an automatic payment to the specified address.
How to point your ASIC / GPU rig to your Luxor Account?
TL:DR: You need to set your ASIC or GPU rig to point to your Luxor Account. To do so, use your Luxor Username in the worker field of your miner instead of your Wallet Address.
You should see the option to mine with a number of different pools. We’re going to set it up with Luxor’s Mining Pool, the best mining pool — disclaimer: we’re slightly biased 😃.
For the pool URL, pick the nearest Stratum nodes to your location from our Setup Page, and type in the pool setting as follows:
URL: stratum+tcp://zec.luxor.tech:700 (Using Zcash as an example).
Worker: YourLuxorUsername.Workername (workername can be anything, but avoid using symbols or special characters as it may be an invalid workername).
Password: 123
For the other nodes (Pool 2 and Pool 3), feel free to use any of the other region nodes.
Monitoring revenue and miner performance on Luxor
Once you’ve started hashing, grab yourself a beer! It’ll take about 5 minutes for your worker to appear on our stats page. To find your user, simply login to your account and head to the Workers tab. You should see something like this:
