LuxTag Attends Blockchain Open Forum in Seoul, South Korea
LuxTag attended the largest blockchain event held in South Korea, Blockchain Open Forum in late June. This event was held over two days and hosted over 50 speakers from different businesses utilizing blockchain technology. Topics on the first day included the introduction of blockchain in a variety of industries. Day two offered many presentations including the regulation of cryptocurrency and the future of blockchain platforms.
During the two-day event, the LuxTag attendees had a terrific opportunity to network with individuals and companies in South Korea and from the surrounding countries. These contacts allowed LuxTag to see many innovative solutions being constructed to solve problems. LuxTag also discovered new areas where they can adjust their platform to benefit their customers better.
At the end of the second day, LuxTag CFO Faeez M. Noor participated in a project pitch competition. This competition consisted of many attendees pitching how their company will help change the world with the utilization of blockchain technology. The contest included many different companies trying to solve a myriad of problems, including the use of blockchain as a payment system and LuxTag’s solution of issuing a digitized receipt of authentication for genuine products.
LuxTag plans to continue to attend events and be a part of the technology revolution that is blockchain. This active role in the community allows the team to recognize the needs and changes in the market and quickly adapt.
