Mapping out the problem space

After looking at the problems together in class on Tuesday, our team came together to discuss and map out the problem area on our own. We discovered new problem areas as well as areas we would like to continue exploring. We wanted to focus on the many different stakeholder involved in the learning process as well as the different types of services our client may offer to their customer. After we spent time discussing the stakeholders we modeled our knowledge journey, identified knowledge gaps, and explored the different types of things a learner may have to know and do to get to the end point.
