1 day until Stop Build!

Stop build is tomorrow! With many subsystems on our robot and being tested, we hope to finish strong with a tuned robot and testing of components like the climber winch and swing arm.

Machining/Assembly

Finished assembling climber box with grease + winch mounts (not pictured here)

Assembled and put swing arm onto robot

Electrical

Finished the wiring of the components, fixed all pneumatic leaks. Tomorrow, we will find places for the air tanks.

Software

Got our hands on the robot and setup hardware specific configurations for the cube lift, clamp, rollers, and pivot. Tomorrow, we hope to get a chance to tune gains. The Potassium Framework made this process extremely efficient because it allows us to reload configuration files during runtime and to setup robot subsystems with minimal boilerplate.

Art

Successfully purchased 500 2.25” buttons and 200 2.5” stickers.

Polycarb side panel. Different yellow represents where the lift bar shows through. Dots represent LED strip.
