Lynx to Bring Gasless Perpetuals Trading to Boba-Ethereum

Lynx is teaming up with Boba Network to bring its popular decentralized perpetuals exchange to Boba’s Layer 2 Network on Ethereum. This deployment brings the first high-leverage trading platform to Boba that accepts chain-native asset $BOBA as collateral, offering token holders exposure to alternative instruments without needing to sell their $BOBA holdings.

Details of Integration

Lynx’s innovative Perp DEX leverages an intent-based architecture to abstract gas costs away from users, introducing gasless trading to the Boba community. Traders on Boba will be able to use up to 100x leverage for cost-effective exposure to a range of blue-chip assets including BTC/USD, ETH/USD, and more.

Through Lynx’s ability to support any token as collateral, community members will be able to trade perpetuals using their favorite Boba tokens as collateral. With a unique design that removes price volatility risk from the collateral asset, Lynx allows any token — from governance tokens to meme coins — to be effectively collateralized with no added liquidation risk.

The first Boba tokens to be listed as collateral options on Lynx will be $BOBA and $USDC, driving new utility to holders of the chain’s native asset and top stablecoin. $BOBA and $USDC holders will now have two new use cases for their tokens: open long and short positions on a variety of tradable instruments, or earn fees as a liquidity provider into either the $BOBA or $USDC single-asset pools.
