To register your wallet address for the competition, go to the competition campaign page on Galxe and complete all the listed tasks. The tasks include:
- Join the Lynx and Exotix community on Discord
- Follow Lynx and Exotix on Twitter
- Like and Retweet Lynx and Exotix’s Twitter Post
- Share your referral link with others to win the prize for Top Referrer (Optional)!

💸 Mint Your Free Competition Chips
The competition is 100% free to play. After registering on Galxe, go to the Exotix app to mint your free competition chips ($lxCOMP) to trade with.
Competing on Lynx does not require you to have any money in your wallet. Instead, registered participants mint and receive free competition chips (lxCOMP) which are used as collateral for all trades. These chips hold no value and allow you to place trades, betting on the real price of BTC, ETH, etc., without putting any of your funds at risk. Even gas costs are paid for!**
To mint your lxCOMP, go to the Exotix app after completing the Galxe campaign. Make sure you connect with the same wallet address you used on Galxe for the above campaign tasks. Everyone starts with 100,000 lxCOMP chips which serve as the collateral asset in the trading competition. These chips are non-transferable.
📈 How to Participate
Using your lxCOMP as collateral, trade on Exotix during the competition trading dates. Successful trades will earn you more lxCOMP while losing trades result in a loss of lxCOMP. Earn as much lxCOMP from your trades as possible — the top 50 most profitable traders (according to PnL) will win prizes!

You can use any type of order (eg. Market/Limit), direction (Short/Long), trading instrument (BTC/ETH/etc.), or leverage that you’d like. Each trade must meet a minimum position size of $500 and not exceed a maximum position size of $500,000. When submitting your trade, the app will prompt you for a message signature rather than a gas-consuming transaction, making it 100% free to participate**.
**Gas costs for the first 5,000 trades on Exotix are free (paid for by Exotix), with a limit of 50 free trades per user. After 50 trades, users will be able to continue to trade and compete by paying their own gas fees.
🐞 Report Any Bugs
As this competition marks the beta launch of the Lynx protocol, you may encounter minor bugs. This is expected, and you can even win money for reporting them!
If you run into any bugs or errors, share screenshots of them in the #feedback channel on Lynx’s Discord with any additional information as to how it happened for a chance to win one of the Most Valuable Tester prizes! We will select winners at the end of the competition based on the number of bugs reported and the quality of each submission (eg. severity of the bug, how much additional information was provided, etc.).
🏆 Prize Pool — 28,000 BOBA (~$3000) + Beta-Tester Discord Role 👀
At the end of the competition, we will announce the winners for all the following prizes across Lynx and Exotix social media channels. Make sure to keep a lookout on all channels for the announcement! Prizes include:
- 1st Place PnL: 5258 BOBA (~$600); Have the highest Trader PnL (in terms of lxCOMP earned) by the end of the competition
- 2nd-5th Place PnL: 876 BOBA each (~$100)
- 6th-50th Place PnL: 175 BOBA each (~$20)
- Most Valuable Tester (#1): 4382 BOBA (~$500); Provide the most valuable bug reports in the #feedback channel on the Lynx discord server
- Most Valuable Tester (#2): 1752 BOBA (~$200)
- 1st Place Referrer: 1752 BOBA (~$200); Refer the most number of participants using your unique referral link on the campaign page.
- 2nd — 3rd Place Referrer: 876 BOBA each (~$100)
In addition, every trader will earn the exclusive Beta-Tester role in the Lynx Discord. Traders are eligible to win more than one prize so trade smart!
📜 Trading Rules
- Maximum of 50 free trades per user (afterward, users must pay their own gas fees)
- Minimum position size of 500 lxCOMP (Position Size = Collateral x Leverage)
- Maximum position size of 500,000 lxCOMP (Position Size = Collateral x Leverage)
- All trades must come from the Exotix application UI rather than direct interaction with the smart contracts
- All trades opened during the trading dates will be counted towards the competition, even if they aren’t closed. A snapshot will be taken at the end of the competition to account for all open positions.

- Only traders who registered for the trading competition by completing all the campaign tasks on Galxe will be eligible to win
- The address from which a participant completes the campaign tasks on Galxe must match the address they use to trade in the competition
- Winners will be announced across all of Lynx and Exotix’s social media accounts (Twitter, Discord, Medium, etc.). Participants must stay tuned for updates on how to claim their prizes.
- Prize distribution will occur on an EVM chain chosen by Lynx and may take up to 7 days following the conclusion of the trading competition.
- Prizes will be distributed in $BOBA tokens
- In case of suspicious or fraudulent activity, Lynx reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the competition, withhold the rewards, and take appropriate actions
- By participating in this competition, you agree to Lynx’s Terms and Conditions as specified in the application
- Terms and Conditions may change according to our discretion
