While everyone is praying for a vaccine and the concerned persons are doing everything in their power to find out a solution to a vaccine for this virus every business owner needs to figure out some ways to maintain the cash flow to survive this pandemic.

Talk To Your Customers

Everyone has got time on their hands and yes believe it that people are missing their favorite restaurants, they are craving their amazing food. It will be a very good option to use social media to talk to your customers and conduct surveys. Try to know their opinion on how they would like to be served at this point. What mode are they thinking is the safest mode to get their favorite food from you.

Following your customer’s options will connect them better to you. It would make you popular based on your customer votes for your cleanliness. The sales might not even be close to what you were closing earlier but it would be something.

Do Research Talk To Your Fellow Restaurant Owners

One thing you know for certain is that you are not alone in this mess. Talking to your friends who are in the same industry might help you explore the avenues you never considered before. This can be a unique opportunity to come up with something new and interesting. You should try this.

Talk To Your Vendors

You & neither of your subordinates are getting sales this makes it clear that your vendor is also not making money from any of this. You can include him in a plan, for example, you- start taking benefit of the fact the food delivery is allowed, target specific societies, and make sure going old school about this. Circulate your restaurant number in these societies and start taking on-call orders like old times.

You are not hiding behind an app this time it will give you more credibility and it will be easier for your loyal customers to trust you. You are making sure that these societies are not far away from the pickup location and finally the vendors who were earlier delivering the raw material to you will be now delivering the food at these societies.

Keeping your eyes and ears open in search of some effective way that can be applied to your industry is always important.
