On asking millennials would you stop eating out now? The response was no a strict no, they said we would definitely be eating out. It’s just that we would be more choosy and we would like to know the hygiene practice of the restaurants and it would take much more than their words to convince us.

As a restaurant owner you will ensure safety for your team and customers but now keeping a hygienic restaurant is not enough. Restaurants need to show how clear their food is and how everyone in their staff takes the necessary precautions. This will be a key differentiator between the restaurants.

Putting Web Cameras In The Kitchen

This is not a new thing a lot of brands have cameras in the kitchen but this time give access to those cameras to your customers. Keep the live feed on the public link on your website. It will increase the transparency your customers can see and it will convey a very strong message that you are not afraid to back your word that you and your team are ready to serve your loving customers.

Go Public

Restaurants can also keep their information public like they are working with 6 employees for this week and they have been properly sanitized and bathed after they have arrived at the restaurant. After this week these guys will go home, the next 6 staff members will come in and will follow the exact same procedure for hygiene.

Providing Hygiene Kit To Your Employees

Assisting your employees by giving them proper equipment to stay clean will help them a lot and reduce any burden on them. This will allow them to work for you more efficiently. The more facilities a restaurant will provide to its employees the better they are going to perform.

Having Home Chefs In Your Delivery Team

Home chefs are likely to get more orders in the future because if a chef is marketing himself/herself by saying we don’t go out of the house. We just buy the essentials once a week. People are more likely to trust that these people are not infected.

Having such people in your team and providing them with some kind of infrastructure to cook your delicious recipes will attract more and more customers.
