Lyte last week launched “Spot Lyte On…” It’s a new podcast series that shares the same name as this column. Like the column, the podcast has to do with amazing live events. But the podcast goes beyond live events – and a lot deeper.

In every episode, Lyte Chief Revenue Officer Lawrence Peryer introduces listeners to the colorful and dynamic personalities making a difference in music, the arts, and culture. He celebrates the people on the stage and backstage; on the road and inside the studio; in front of the camera and behind the camera; negotiating the deal or signing the deal.

In other words, the podcast is about the dreamers, the go-getters, the decision-makers, and more.

“Spot Lyte On…” premiered Feb. 6th. New episodes drop the first Thursday of every month. Episode One features Ben Lovett, co-founder of the Grammy award-winning Mumford & Sons. The March 5th guest is Matt Watts, an executive at Fender Musical Instruments and guitarist in The Starting Line. The April 2nd episode brings a conversation with live entertainment veteran David Goldberg.

For a preview, check out our audio trailer here. The entire series and complete episodes are being aired on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, and Google Podcasts.

Now, here’s a rundown of the latest live events to hit the Lyte exchange. For the full list, check this out.
