Age is just a number.

You can define age all you like, but when it comes to aging, it is a natural part of life. When we watch today’s NBA, there are a few legends who looks ‘ageless’ and some are looking past their normal age. For example, 4-time NBA champion LeBron James played in his 19th season at age 37 and looked like he was 17 years old.

Last season, LeBron scored two 50 + point games and became the oldest player in NBA history to average 30 points per game. If LeBron had only played the remaining games, he would’ve become the oldest player to win a scoring title.

Nevertheless, age is not stopping ‘King James’ and wasted no time going back to the gym for the next season, per @Ballislife on Twitter:

After a horrendous season, this is how you do to ease the mind from all the noise. To remain fit at age 37, LeBron showed us how far your body can go and push your limits. You are not too young or too old to do anything in life.

Whether it's finishing your Bachelor’s, Masters or even Doctorate degrees in your old age. It can also be participating in sky-jumping, traveling around the world, sky-diving in oceans, and even traveling to space, which is the new norm of fulfilling a bucket list.

Takeaways

Whatever life takes you, or challenges you will face ahead, don’t let your age define your outlook on life. If you are someone who values pace and focusing on one thing at a time, that is a better approach. However, if you focus on many things at once and rush into the experience without basking at the moment, then you have to take into account the moments you’ve lost along the way.

Don’t let age define you.

Be ageless.
