Recently, Cody Rhodes teased the idea of bringing back the “Winged Eagle” WWE title belt, which was designed for him if he somehow wins the Undisputed WWE Universal title from Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 39 this weekend.

It appears that the WWE is agreeing with Cody’s new title design idea and will come to fruition whoever wins the main event title match.

According to GiveMeSport.com, the head of WWE creative Triple H has reportedly “approved” a new world championship title design. Furthermore, the new design could be introduced after Wrestlemania 39.

The following statement is shown below via a Twitter account from Louis Dangoor of @WrestleVotes:

“There’s a new belt. I don’t know for sure if it’s getting a new name. I don’t know if one of the titles is going away, but there’s a new belt that WWE has had made and the decision-makers have approved. Like, if they wanted to introduce it on TV tomorrow, they could. Those boxes are checked.”
