Khadija, thank you for participating in this series, can you share a bit on your backstory that led to the incredible career journey you’ve built and continue to lead?
The backstory to my career journey is an exceptionally long one that reads like a non-fiction thriller novel! It has really been a dynamic, demanding yet exciting journey but I’ll share the short version.
I took an opportunity to transition into Training & Development after years of working in Operations. I had a passion for developing others and dedicated time to developing team members so where it seemed somewhat serendipitous to many, it was a strategic step in my career.
