Machi X is the first social marketplace focused on realizing the value of intellectual properties, built by creators of intellectual properties, for creators of intellectual properties.
Countless companies have gone “public” in traditional formats since the first equity listing in 1602, by Dutch East India Company (VOC). We are building an easy-to-use, social marketplace that will
(i) enable creators of intellectual properties to issue rights to their property,
(ii) enable people who appreciate the value of these intellectual property to support and own a fraction of the properties listed on the social marketplace.
Value can be shared to holders in the form of special utility rights. Special utility rights may include:
(i) Access to pre-release songs, if the intellectual property listed is a music artist (yes, artists or anyone with a fanbase can get themselves on Machi X)
Alongside the above, Machi X provides the venue for dissemination and socialization of token project information by owners, and discovery and exchange of ideas of token projects by fans and supporters alike.
Instead of being a standalone place for supporters, Machi X fashions itself as a community where discussions of token projects can take place, and call to action in the form of sharing and upvoting can all happen within one ecosystem.
