This is going to be my final review of the iPad mini 7. I think you’ve all had your fill of this stuff now, and for any lingering, confused buyers, I hope I can offer one last batch of guidance to help you either make the right purchase or save yourself some money.
I haven’t fallen out of love with the iPad mini; I still firmly believe it’s the best iPad Apple has ever made. Unfortunately, my usage of it has waned because I’m a tech reviewer and suffer from tech fatigue. I’ve gone back to using a physical notepad for note-taking and my to-do list, and I’ve discovered that tablets are the least useful solution outside of the studio to get stuff done or entertain myself.
I’ve got a laptop and phone for that stuff.
That aside, I’ve owned the iPad mini 7 since it was launched last October, and I’ve identified five things you need to know before buying one. Equally, if you’ve bought one already, you might find this list interesting (or comforting).
1. You need to figure out a use case for it
