Since 2020, I have installed, tested and reviewed over a thousand apps for most Apple platforms. That’ll be the Apple TV, Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad and Mac.

I love my job because I get to review tons of new tech and experiment with the beauties of software engineering. I am fortunate and thankful for where I am.

In this story, I’ll share my experience of what makes or breaks an app and how you can improve your apps.

Design & Experience

If you’re interested in app development, the last thing you’d want to do is start learning XCode or Swift. I won’t even recommend learning design tools such as Figma.

I recommend learning about Typeface, its practices, hierarchy, font weight, and font size and eventually understanding what makes or breaks text design.

There are essential topics one must master before moving to app development, and once such skills are learned, you will want to progress and start the development journey.
