Doesn’t it feel that ‘Apple’, the name familiar in every household, started making some great products just a few years ago, is now THE most successful and prestigious company out there. There are literally a billion Apple users in this world today. And because of these ‘few’ people, their company has raised to be a $2 trillion worth of tech giant! 2 TRILLION DOLLARS!!!

I bet if this man was alive today, he’d be the happiest man on earth! But, it is truly unfortunate Apple has to celebrate such a huge milestone without the presence of its founder.

It took Apple 42 years to reach $1 Trillion. But it took around 2 years to reach $2 Trillion! If that is not a technical, economical and marketing miracle, then I seriously don’t know what it is! It is simply a wonder that Apple was making more money than majority of companies’ total worth in a period where people around the globe were ridden in a global pandemic. Even companies enlisted in Forbes 500 list were facing serious trouble maintaining the balance sheet during this time! But not Apple! It simply shows the amount of loyalty its customers have toward them. Including the investors.

It all started with this. Macintosh. Released to ease the lives of thousands of people. Ending (not exactly) to reach a shy crowd of more than 1 Billion!

Followed by Macintosh, Apple released iPod, which immediately became insanely popular. So popular, that at one point it challenged Sony’s Walkman!

In 2007, Apple released the much anticipated mobile, called the iPhone. iPhone was released with a doubtful mind considering whether this will actually sell. And boy! Oh! Boy! It did sell extremely well.

There cannot be a better image to talk about the absolutely loved iPad. Released in 2010, the first generation iPad sold more iPads in 2010–11 than BMW sold its cars from 2014–16! That is insane comparison, but, both the products are considered equally premium. So in a way, that is fair.

I mean, who will shed hundreds of thousands of dollars if you get the rich and premium feel for some 600–700 bucks!

Then, came the monster.

The MacBook.

Laptop that shattered the entire laptop industry. Nobody thought Apple will release a laptop which is thinner than a regular A3 sized notebook! MacBook Air was so thin, that people could seriously doubt the weight of their bags! Even mobiles were heavier than this in that time!

But, since then, Apple has not stopped giving pleasant surprises to us. With the release of Apple’s A12X Bionic chip (in iPad Pro 2019), the need for a dedicated Mac/MacBook/any laptop for that matter, went to down to negligible amount. The A12X Bionic chip is seriously so fast, one can literally create, edit, deploy a full fledged 1 hour 4K 60FPS video while one is sitting in a train going back home from office. By the time you reach home, the video is viral all over the internet.

iPad Pro is the best investment you can make if you are a creator or a student. Period. No argument.

Anyway, this a really great day for Apple (and Apple users in fact). Hope we get to see more such happy days in this terrible situation caused by the Coronavirus.
