Yesterday Apple released the latest iOS update for iPhone and iPad. The updated version is iOS 14.4.1 which fixes some minor security issues with the previous ios 14 version.

According to Apple, this new update fixed a critical ‘WebKit vulnerability’. It fixes a bug in WebKit, Safari’s rendering engine, may have to lead it, while processing maliciously crafted content, to execute arbitrary malicious code. There are not any other big changes in this build of iOS 14. The official release note for iOS 14.4.1 says:

This update provides important security updates and is recommended for all users.

The software update via OTA (Over the Air) is not available yet but hopefully, it will come soon. This update is available for iPhone 6s and later, iPad Air 2 and later, iPad mini 4 and later, and iPod touch (7th generation). It is better for users to update their iPhones and iPad to this update because of security reasons. For updating your to the latest version Go to Setting > Go to General > Software Update.

With the update of iOS 14.4.1, Apple also released security updates for other platforms including macOS 11.2.3 and watchOS 7.3.2 to the public. As I have already…
