Apple has started 2025 on a great note by launching a brand-new app in the very second month of the year, out of the blue, called Apple Invites. This app launch came off as a complete surprise, just like the Apple Sports app last year (except this one isn’t restricted to selected countries or regions). It’s an event invite maker, and on the newsroom, Apple says that the app “brings people together for life’s special moments”.
As someone who is easily excited by Apple’s efforts to make any first-party app (read: Journal), I was excited upon hearing about this app too.
