Best Protective Cases for New Apple iphone 13 Series
It has been a long time since we reviewed some smartphone cases for you. Today we are back with another phone case suggestions for the Apple iPhone 13 models. Without further ado, let’s take a look at what have we brought here today.
1. SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Style Series Case
First one in the list is from well know brand, SUPCASE. This is a clear — transparent case with a colored frame. Now this frame can be either Azure (kind of like Blue), Black or completely clear. This has enough raised edges to protect the camera and the screen. If you are going with the colored frame case, the material (TPU Bumper) will surely feel good to your hand. The grip is quite good and most of the time it doesn’t attract your fingerprints or oil marks on the back of the case. Cutouts are clean and neat; the buttons are good. this definitely is a case for anyone that is interested in just an average case. On a special note, this does not support Apple MagSafe feature. You should really think about that if you are going to buy this.
2. Spigen Ultra Hybrid Mag [Anti-Yellowing Technology]
This is a case that supports the MagSafe facility. This is a completely clear case but there are two options you can choose on: White or Graphite. The Graphite version is still clear but a little bit darker than the White version. Even though the case is clear, the magnetic ring on the back is very visible. It is there to enhance the magnetic power to support the MagSafe, there is also a slight possibility that this magnet ring would loosen up a little bit with the usage (not everyone experiences that). This also has the raised bezels and nice buttons and cutouts as there should be. All the corners are equipped with the Air Cushion Shock Absorption technology, which means you will have considerably more protection than an average smartphone case. It is highly unlikely for this case to turn yellow with the usage, even if it did, it will take a long time of excessive usage.
3. Ringke Fusion-X Heavy Duty Shockproof TPU Bumper Case
Ringke Fusion-X is a case that is well protected with extra tough bumpers (it will add some bulk to the phone though). The same bumpers provide a very good protection to the camera and to the screen with its raised bezels. This is currently available in 3 different versions. Those are Black (with a transparent back), Ticket Band (with a semi-transparent back with a unique design) and Camo Black (with a camo textured back). You can attach any kind of straps you are willing to use with the case to its built-in lanyard holes. The frame has some nice patterns done on it so it will help to have a good grip your hand. Though this doesn’t have an additional Magnetic Ring like the previous Spigen case, this will support MagSafe facility well. If you are interested, the magnetic version is also available. Definitely worth a try!
4. Mous Limitless 4.0 — Black Leather — Fully Compatible with Apple’s MagSafe
This Mouse case for Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max is a very simple and decent looking smartphone case. It is not transparent and obviously it isn’t rugged. But there is a thick layer of TPU around it equipped with a shoch absorption technology of their own. You wouldn’t get the best kind of drop protection from something like this, but it is enough to do the job just fine. This case is available in 5 different designs; Bamboo, Black Leather, Speckled Black Leader, Walnut and White Acetate. You can go with any design that suits you. The front edges and around the camera is slightly raised, as I said before not the best kind of protection.
5. Caseology Skyfall Clear Case
No, this isn’t related to the famous James Bond movie in anyway. Caseology Skyfall cases are just like all the other good cases out there, well-fitting, has clean cutouts, raised edges and nice buttons. The enforced frame of the case provides a good protection to your smartphone considerable drops and also the design in it helps to have a great grip. A wireless charger or a screen protector will work fine with this case (not exactly a MagSafe supportive case). When talking about the different designs of this case that is currently available in Amazon, you can choose between 3 of them. The first one, Royal Black has a completely black frame and a partially dark transparent back. Royal Clear design is completely transparent while the Royal Rose Gold case looks like exactly the name says it (it literally has a royal look to of its own). A case that worth every dollar you spend.
6. Caseology Parallax Protective Case
Imagine the Skyfall case again, and then make it completely TPU, there you have the Parallax case. The cutouts and buttons are quite similar with the Skyfall cases. One of the major differences is the hex cube design on the back. Ash Gray, Burgundy, Midnight Blue, and Saga Green are the main colors that are available for you. Every case has two different variants from each color. Style and Protection both in one case.
7. PITAKA Magnetic Case — Aramid Fiber Slim Fit Phone Cover, 3D Grip Touch
Probably the best case that is well compatible with the MagSafe feature. The world-famous brand PITAKA introduces this as a light weight and tight-fitting case. Made from very strong type of fiber and has a textured back to increase the grip even more. Unlike other cases I have suggested to you before, in this, the built-in metal strips aren’t visible to the outside. This case is only available in Black + Grey (Twill) color. Both camera and the screen bezels are sufficiently raised and do not expect a very good level of drop protection from this case.
8. OtterBox Commuter Series Case
OtterBox is a name well know for their rugged, heavily protective cases. This Commuter Series case is one of the least rugged looking but best protective cases made from OtterBox team. Black, Maven Way (Pinkish), Rivet Way (Light Green), and Rock Skip W (honestly it is hard to describe the color) are the four models that you can buy in the Commuter Series. Without a doubt this is the best drop protective case in this list. It has a great grip, yet it isn’t much bulky at all. The only bad thing about this is it will considerably affect the wireless charging and will not support MagSafe facility at all. Other than that it is an almost perfect case.
