Apps take a big place in my heart. They constitute a set of features by utilising the tech and making that tech a fantastic tool!
I have plenty of valuable and unique apps on my Mac that allow me to take off and reach the stars. However, the number of apps can become overwhelming as I often discover similar apps with complex designs.
Ultimately, my experience becomes digital clutter, and I’m overwhelmed by the abundance of apps and icons.
As a tech blogger fascinated by apps and new gadgets, certain behaviours resemble cognitive dissonance, where I value digital minimalism but also become a utilitarian maximalist.
To alleviate this frustration where conflicting emotions occupy my mind, I have come up with a solution:

As a long-time Raycast user, I find it a fantastic utility to replace MacOS Spotlight. I’m fascinated by its sheer volume of extensions.
There’s an extension for almost anything, and RayCast provides a minimal interface with fantastic performance.
