How to: bulk convert SVG to PDF on macOS

Recently, I imported a number of SVG images to Xcode for my app development but the files were not displaying correctly. Therefore, I tried to convert one of them via an online SVG-to-PDF converter tool which made the thing works again. However, the online converter cannot accept too many files at the same time :(

When I searched the solution on the Internet, I found a free tool on Github that can solve this problem smoothly and I would like to share the use of this tool with you.

What is Pdfify?

Pdfify is an automator workflow for converting SVG to PDF on macOS.

Step 1. Install rsvg-convert

Open terminal, and then input brew install librsvg . Press ‘return’ key.

Step 2. Download Pdfify from Github

Step 3. Install Pdfify

  • Double tap Pdfify.workflow
