iOS 15 Features that I am looking forward to
Why you should be excited for the Fall update to iOS
A couple of weeks ago during Apple’s WWDC event, the operating system that we are all looking forward to and most likely all use the most is iOS, and iOS 15 is coming this fall. It seems like the biggest features that have been added to iOS 15 are all about connectivity and bringing together people together in more ways than before given the current status of the world. So, out of all the features that have been announced, here are the ones that I am the most excited for.
FaceTime
FaceTime got some major updates, but there are a couple that stood out the most.
FaceTime Shareplay means that we are finally able to share screens and syncing video is such a great and useful feature. We all show things to each other when we are talking and working together, so its finally fantastic to see a feature where we can share our screen rather than bringing up the subject on another device and flipping out camera. In addition, while sharing video to watch together seems like it is only for Apple TV+, the APK is available for other developers to access, so hopefully watching Netflix, Disney+ and other more popular streaming services will be available when iOS 15 becomes available.
