iPhone 12 Mini Hands-On/First Impressions!
Small flagships are back
It is finally here!! The iPhone 12 Mini!! I’ve been using this device for about 3 days now, and I want to go ahead and share my initial impressions/hands-on!
DESIGN
I love this design. This is the iPhone 12, but smaller hence the mini in its name. It has a 5.4 OLED display which is stunning in my opinion. When I compare it to the iPhone SE, you notice that yes, it does have a larger display, but it sits inside a smaller body and so many of us have been asking for a phone like the 12 mini from Apple for quite some time. Aluminum sides, glass back, a dual-camera system, dual stereo speakers, it carries everything from the 12. The feel of this phone is just amazing. The fact that it fits snug in my hand and I can reach from one side of the display to the other is a game-changer for me. I’ve been used to using larger devices for a pretty long time now, and this is a welcoming change for me. Oh, and the squared-off design is also something I appreciate in the new iPhone 12 series.
People will still be complaining about the notch and it doesn’t really bother me and it’s also ever so slightly smaller than its older brothers. iPhone designs never tend to annoy me, so, I’ll definitely be enjoying the 12 mini.
