Make your old iPad useful again | 5 easy steps

Do you have an old iPad or any other tablet laying around your house that you just don’t use anymore because it’s slow and outdated? Well, I’m going to show you 5 steps on how to make your old device useful again.

1. Picture frame

Import some of your favorite family photos on your iPad, choose the ones you like and put them on a slideshow. Now you can place your tablet anywhere in your home and look at your favorite photos all the time. Make sure to find a place with an outlet nearby so you can keep your device plugged in.

2. Kitchen TV

Your iPad could be a great helper while cooking and baking! You can ask Siri for measurements, temperature instructions or you can watch youtube video recipes. Also, you can set timers and reminders.

3. Second monitor

Download the “duet” app, connect your iPad to your computer or a notebook and use it as a second monitor while working. It can be really helpful as a file manager or a preview screen.

4. E-Reader

Use your tablet as an E-Reader. There are many apps for e-books. If you have an iPad you can use the default “Apple Books” app. If you’re not into reading you can plug in headphones and use it as an audiobook player as well.

5. Music player

Connect the iPad to your home audio system and use it as a music player or listen to podcasts. Also, you can download any radio apps and listen to a radio that way.

Thank you so much for reading my article, I hope you found it helpful or entertaining in any kind of way. I would be grateful for any kind of feedback from you. Make sure to share it with your friends and contact me for any other questions.
